Hard Factory Reset – Sajdah Help Center

Hard factory reset clears all the default settings and all the Bluetooth connections from the Sajdah rug, and also deletes the updates and launches the initial version of the Sajdah firmware.
To perform a hard factory reset, power on the unit and immediately press and hold up and menu buttons for ten seconds, until the “Performing hard-reset…” image is displayed.
Hard reset cannot be performed once the Sajdah logo has been displayed. To retry, the Sajdah rug has to be turned off and then turned back on.
