My Sajdah unit is not turning on

If your Sajdah rug is not turning on, it is likely that Sajdah is in shipping mode or the battery has been drained. To solve either of these, connect the adaptor that comes within the box. 

If the issue still persists despite using the adaptor, kindly contact customer service.
