Your Sajdah rug can connect to a maximum of 2 devices at a time, for example, an iPhone and an Apple Watch. If your phone isn't able to connect to your Sajdah, disconnect the existing connections to the rug.
If the problem still persists, perform a soft factory reset, and then delete the bonds from your phone's Bluetooth settings and try connecting again as described here.
